Balti Curry Paste
Balti is the name of the dish that this North West Indian recipe is served in. This balti is made of vegetable oil, coriander, tomato, lemon, turmeric, cumin, ginger, garlic, chili and creamed coconut. Meat and/or vegetables are cooked in this paste.
