Sarson ka Saag SARSON KA SAAG
This
is a traditional Punjab recipe with a barbecued flavor. Whole eggplants
are grilled over an open flame so they get a wonderful smoky taste and
a melty texture. They are then cooked with a range of spices that give
this dish an intense flavor.
